If you have questions about whether we can help you, click below to schedule an initial consult. You don’t have to go through this alone.

Getting Started:

To start, we'll have an initial discussion where we'll ask a few questions to make sure there are no conflicts of interest or other issues that might prevent us from representing you.

Next, we’ll arrange an in-depth consultation to gather details about your situation, listen to your account, and answer any questions you may have. This first consultation is free.

Common Questions

+ How Much Will This Cost Me?

You may be able to pay for these legal services through a Contingency Fee. This means you will only pay legal fees if you receive money by winning your case or through a negotiated settlement. Effective July 1, 2021, our maximum contingency fee rate for most personal injury cases is 30% except for medical/dental/professional malpractice cases which would have a maximum rate of 35%. In some cases, the amount may be lower than the maximum percentage. That typically depends on:

  • The amount of time we anticipate your case will take
  • How much risk there is that your case may not be successful
  • How much your case may be worth.

We can discuss the contingency fee for your case and answer any questions about it during your initial consultation.

+ Do I Have A Case?

When we meet for a free initial consultation, we will ask you questions to learn what has happened to you and provide you with an honest assessment of your case. If there are options to get you compensation for the harm you have experienced, we will make sure you know them.

+ How Long Is This Going To Take?

There are many factors that determine how long the resolution of a case may take. We work to make sure you know all of your options to receive benefits or financial assistance sooner than later. We can discuss all of these possibilities during your free initial consultation.
